| Pond Test Kits(tes01x) Many people do not test their pond water because it looks clear and as such they believe it must be healthy. This is unfortunately not the case, the fishes liquid waste will only discolour water in very high quantity, this is normally too late as an indicator, because the fish will have been poisoned before the water discolours. We therefore strongly recommend the regular checking of water quality with test kits. At the very least when fish are first introduced into a pond, and hence waste introduced, the water should be tested every few days until things settle down. Testing beyond that point should then be done every few weeks. Below are a range of test kits which are easy to use and should give you accurate results. |
